Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records Emergency Response: Respond efficiently and calmly in emergency situations, providing immediate care and initiating appropriate interventions.
