Job Description • Create and manage integrated project plan for large digital transformation projects • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders • Assisting with resource scheduling for all ongoing projects • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors to ensure timely project deliverables • Schedule stakeholder meetings, communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle • Assist in building and running of PMO for Digital program delivery. • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement • Create and manage project risk register and work closely with project team and stakeholders in Risk mitigation Powered by JazzHR
