What we expect from you: Own and manage the flow of bookings and provide a cohesive booking experience for our customer throughout the process Optimize operational daily activities, monitor performance of partners, and drive business growth Support business operations to achieve organizational goals and objectives Identify improvement opportunities in exclusive operation and implement measures Manage proactively, control and monitor activities against our Stakeholder Relationship Maintain records of the stakeholders’ requests and the associated feedback Maintain positive client relationships Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to partner and customer queries, received via phone and/or email What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 1-2 years of Customer Service or OPS experience and a background in handling booking schedules Excellent interpersonal skills and is able to understand an individual's motivations Excellent oral and written communication skills Good planning and organizational skills, enabling stakeholder knowledge to be effectively disseminated and shared within the team Strong strategic and analytical mindset Detail oriented with strong data analysis skills and a proficiency in utilizing Google tools to support data-driven decision-making and optimize performance PERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFE Nothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace!
